Can your designs fit more than one pup?
Of course! Most of our designs can accommodate up to 4 pets. If you have multiple pets, we especially recommend our Good Mood and OG designs.
Do you only do dogs?
No! We happily create designs featuring all pets. Your fam is our fam.
What is the turnaround time for custom orders?
Once your mockup has been approved, please allow up to 20 business days for your custom order to ship. Each piece is printed in-house by our small team, so we appreciate your patience while we make yours. We are always working on ways to shorten the turnaround time.
Can I return my garment?
Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns on custom orders. As a friendly reminder, all of our blanks are unisex with an intentionally oversized fit, so we recommend checking our size chart before placing your order to find your perfect fit.
Do you accommodate special requests?
Yes! We can accommodate certain special requests based on our discretion. Please email forthedogsstudio@gmail.com with your request before ordering so we can confirm whether it can be accommodated. If approved, Add the “Special Request” option to your cart & proceed with checkout. A $12 special request fee will be added to your order.
Do I get to see my design before it’s printed?
Absolutely! We’ll send you a digital mockup of your custom design for approval. Nothing goes to print until you’ve approved your design.
What kind of photos should I submit?
Clear, well-lit photos work best! We recommend choosing photos where your pet’s face and features are easy to see, without filters, heavy shadows or anything obstructing their face. The better the photo, the better we can capture your pet in your custom design.
When will I receive my mockup?
Once we’ve received your order and photos, our team will get to work creating your custom design. You’ll receive your mockup within 1 week via your customer portal for approval before your piece goes into production.
How many revisions do I get after receiving my mockup?
Your custom order includes one design revision after receiving your initial mockup. Additional revisions are subject to a design fee.
What happens if I don’t approve my mockup right away?
Our turnaround time begins after your mockup has been approved, so any delay in approval will also delay your order. We recommend keeping an eye on your inbox so we can get your piece into production as soon as possible!
