REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:

  • FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY 

  • ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZE. PLEASE REFERENCE OUR SIZE CHART BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPPING FEES. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM YOUR REFUND.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. 

EXCHANGES:

• ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH NO DAMAGE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE.

• CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNING THE ITEM TO US.

• CUSTOMERS ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEM BEING SENT BACK TO THEM.

• AS ALL ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER, THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEM MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS PRINTED AND SHIPPED.

• ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

    • PLEASE REPORT DEFECTS OR WRONG ITEMS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. WE WILL EVALUATE AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

    • WE HAVE A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS. 

    • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZE. PLEASE REFERENCE OUR SIZE CHART BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. 

    NON-REFUNDABLE/SALE MERCHANDISE:

    • MARKED DOWN ITEMS/SALE ITEMS/FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR REFUNDED. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.

    LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

    • REPORT MISSING PACKAGES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION.

    • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT.
